Medicinal ingredients  (per chewable tablet)

• 1 mg melatonin
• 50 mg Tagetes erecta (African marigold) flower extract — providing 20% lutein esters, 5% zeaxanthin esters

Non-medicinal ingredients

• Dextrates, magnesium stearate, mango flavour

Recommended use (Health Canada authorized)

• Provides antioxidants for the maintenance of eye health
• Sleep aid
• Helps re-set the body's sleep-wake cycle

Recommended dosage

• Adults (>18 years)
• Chew 2 tablets, 1 time daily (orally), as needed
• 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime
• Take with a meal containing oil/fat

Warnings and precautions

• Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Ask a health care practitioner before use if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver or kidney disease, seizure disorder, asthma or diabetes, or are taking medications for seizure, blood pressure, immune suppression, to affect mental state, to increase sedation, steroids or blood thinners
• Avoid taking alcohol or other products that cause drowsiness
• Avoid driving or using machinery for 5 hours
• Ask a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia)
• Stop use if allergy occurs or if you experience headache, confusion or nausea
