The Reward Nest is our tiered loyalty program designed to reward you for being part of the Energy Bird community. You earn points on every purchase, unlock exclusive benefits, and progress through four tiers: Hatchling, Nestling, Fledgling and Soaring. 
How do I join the Reward Nest?

Simply create an account on our website - you're automatically enrolled as a Hatchling member! There's no fee to join and it's automatic. 
Is the Reward Nest free?

Yes! The Energy Club is completely free to join. Start earning rewards from your very first purchase.
How do I earn points?

You earn points in several ways: 

  • Standard Purchase – 1 point / $1
  • First Subscription Purchase – 100 pts ($10)
  • Profile Completion – 100 pts ($10)
  • SMS Opt-In – 100 pts ($10)
  • Follow on Facebook – 50 pts ($5)

Yes, points expire 12 months after being earned, giving you plenty of time to use them.

How do I progress through tiers?

Tier progression is based on points earned. Once you accumulate enough points (2,500 for Nestling, 7,500 for Fledgling, or 17,500 for Soaring), you automatically advance to the next tier and receive your entry reward!
Do I need to maintain my tier status?

Your tier is calculated based on points earned in a rolling 12-month period. Keep earning to maintain your status!
How do I redeem my points?

Points can be redeemed on the Reward Nest page.
What redemption options are available? 

  • CAD 40 off: 400 points
  • CAD 50 off: 500 points
  • CAD 60 off: 600 points
What's the minimum redemption amount?

You need at least 400 points (CAD 40 value) to redeem. 
Can I combine points with other discounts?

Points redemptions cannot be combined with certain promotional offers. Check the specific terms at checkout.
How much can I save at each tier? 
  • Hatchling: Earn 5% back on purchases 
  • Nestling: Earn 6% back on purchases 
  • Fledgling: Earn 7.5% back on purchases 
  • Soaring: Earn 8.5% back on purchases
